Goldolphin & Latymer in Sinai

The annual UVI visit to the Sinai desert is much anticipated (with original excitement dating back to Open Evenings before UIII), but this year it seemed more exciting than ever before. Three weeks before we left, the Arab Spring began with protests in Cairo; five days before our departure date, President Hosni Mubarak fled and the country was without a stable government. These were volatile but important days for the country, and we had the privilege to visit it at such an historic moment. Read Article
